A contemporary reinterpretation of the terrace house typology, this innovatively planned 2-storey, split-level, 3-bedroom house with studio apartment utilises internal and external expressed steel detailing, reclaimed solid bricks, hardwood, and bluestone.
Building to boundaries and around internal courtyards the constrained site saw the execution of a tightly managed construction methodology and work plan.
