A contemporary exploration of waterfront living, this 2-storey, dual residence project sees occupants sharing Basement, turn table and lift with private residences above.
At such proximity to the sea all exposed materials and fittings were to be non-corrosive, sandy ground conditions and high winds were also key considerations when planning and executing the build.
Natural stone cladding wraps much of the building and European Tilt-And Turn windows were used throughout.
