A mixed-use building with 28 apartments and 3 retail spaces. A complex project in retention and restoration of an iconic heritage building, retained elements included a heritage façade, internal staircase and timber beams.
With consideration to the existing building the new building elements include a central atrium with glazed open-air walkways, light filled apartments and timber clad exteriors.
